Return & Refund Policy
At Joanv Studio, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, including packaging, unworn (for jewelry), and unused (for home decor).
- Non-Returnable Items: All vintage items, sale items, and customized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Return Process: Please contact us at valiahorner@joanv.ca to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 70-1231 Millwood Ave, Brockville, ON, K6V6J4, Canada
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
